Good sleep, good price.
I had a good sleep. No noise, very clean. AC was not too strong. 26-27°. Owner and staff were nice. Not so far from the beach and close to the stores and colectivos to Tulum or Cancun. Price was good. Bonus: Downstairs is a store with many souvenirs etc with a best prices in Playa.
AC is ON only at night, so u will not spend too much time there during the day, as is hot. For me it was not a bit problem and I knew that, but it will be pleasant to come to the roam at 8pm after all day at the beach and have the AC already ON.

super clean, i took the shared room but I was alone in the room so I had a private room.
it was soooooo hot and i arrived around 10am after more than 24 hours of travel without enough sleep, so I wanted to sleep so I asked to turn on the air conditioner because it was something like 43 degrees outside, and after I begged, they turned on the air conditioner for only one hour, claiming that according to the regulations, the air conditioner is only turned on from 8 p.m. until morning, which is not the hours you can have the air conditioner on. friendly staff and a well managed hostel, they keep it clean and seem to attract more mature people when i was there not a party place which for me is great, small kitchen with drinking water a fridge and places to sit and work on your laptop
